I had a leak coming from the tank of my toilet. I was not aware of the problem until I noticed water in my basement. As I was unsure what needed to be done, I decided to replace the complete unit. Wayne and his worker were very friendly and professional. He looked at the problem, knew what the issue was and asked me if I still wanted to go ahead with the replacement rather than repair. I found that to be an honest assessment and didn’t feel as though I was being taken advantage of. In addition I asked him to take a look at some other pipes that I thought would need to be replaced and he was honest in telling me that they did not need to be replaced. His estimate and final invoice were reasonable. I will call them back when/ if the need arises! Wayne was very friendly and easy to work with and I would recommend to others!

I was very impressed with Wayne and his work ethic. He came assessed my issues and got right to work. He brought everything he would need including his own papertowel and trash bags. When the job was done Wayne cleaned up the area making sure that there were no leaks etc. When he left he took everything – including the trash that was generated with him! Finding a plumber can be a nightmare, yes there are lots of plumbers out there but I always have that fear of “is this guy going to do quality work for a good price”. I was having a water leaking problem and after reading some reviews I gave Wayne a call and I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. He responded to me literally 1 minute after I contacted him through HomeAdvisor and came out as soon as he could. He did a number of different tests with my plumbing and helped me figure out that the problem was an issue in my main line and while a problem in my main line was a much bigger project than most plumbers normally do (I had to excavate my back yard) he told me exactly how to fix it and he made sure I followed up with him to let him know how the fix was going so that he could ensure that my problem would be resolved.
